Christmas is a time of joy, hope, wonder and light. And, it's all because of the baby in the manger, Jesus, the Lord. God sent him to turn the hearts of his people back to him. So, join us. Let's adore him.

Grace is getting something great that you don’t deserve.

We all love to get something great, something that we don’t deserve. Whether it’s dessert after dinner, a gift from a loved one, a note from a spouse, a dozen cookies from a neighbor or a hug from a friend, life is full of these little gifts, these little graces.

As Christians, we’ve received greater grace than a handfull of sweets. God has given his grace to us through the life, death, burial, resurrection and continuing presenence of his own Son, Jesus.

In the letter of 1 Timothy, Paul gives instructions that are intended to help Timothy establish and lead churches that hit the target: fulfill their purpose. By paying attention to Paul’s words to Timothy, we can make sure our church remains on-target too.

So many people believe that you have to be perfect, that you have to have the perfect house, the perfect car, the perfect job, the perfect spouse and the perfect family. Perfection is unattainable. There is a lot that (un)Real Families can learn from one of the Bible's most imperfect - most real - families: the family of Jacob.

We gave our community the chance to put us to the test, to ask anything. And, the questions came in. Questions about life, relationships, eternity, sex, the Bible and more. Then, a panel of community members chose six of the questions they felt were the most important. And, the conversation began.

Right in the middle of the Bible, there's a story that you could easily miss. But you shouldn't. The story of Ruth is amazing. It has a lot to say about what love is.
