You are not alone. We want to help.

Are you or is someone you know struggling with thoughts of suicide?

We want to provide you with resources to help you in this process. In our most recent sermon by Student Pastor Darrin Simpson, we discussed the story of Judas as he betrayed Jesus. Judas expressed regret at this decision but felt hopeless (Matthew 27:3-5). You can view those resources below.

Call or text '988' to receive immediate help from a crisis counselor.

Pastor Matt hosted a two-part podcast on Mental Health - Suicide a few years ago. Hear from a mother and high school teacher, Beth, whose daughter committed suicide, and a young adult, Sam, who battled suicidal thoughts, and in a moment of clarity, decided to stay. Beth shares her journey here, sharing resources and insights for others. Sam launched Recklessly Alive, to help others who are struggling with suicidal thoughts find their voice.

You can find those episodes here in the More to Be Said Podcast, Mental Health - Suicide Part 1 and Part 2
