READ: Matthew 5: 43-48
REFLECTION: As a child of God why do I still find it hard to love my enemies? I often find it so easy to pray for my loved ones, friends, and family but for those who hurt me and disagree with my beliefs it is often so much harder.
PRAYER: Father it is often difficult for me to love others the way your word tells me to do. I struggle sometimes to pray for those who have wronged me or others whom I love. Help me to love my enemies as you do. Help me to see things through your eyes. Father show someone in my life this week who I feel has hurt me or wronged me and give me your heart for them. Thank you for showing me you are perfect and I am not but help me to become more like you this week, in Jesus name, Amen.
