The Family Ministry Associate supports the Family Ministry in day-to-day tasks in order to make the Sunday experience the best it can be for kids, students, and their families. This position spans many different areas, from managing resources and projects, helping plan events, working with volunteers, and ensuring new families feel welcome.

The Executive Director is responsible for reaching those who are spiritually disconnected in our community and helping them engage with Kingsway. This role also leads the way in ensuring the operational effectiveness of Kingsway.

The Executive Pastor is the champion of the culture and the leadership development of our staff and people. From kids to students, outreach to connections, staff meetings to retreats, conferences to one on one's, this role is laser focused on the growth and development of our team so that the Cultural Behaviors are lived out here at Kingsway.

Facilities Coordinator
The Facilities Coordinator addresses needed repairs on the church property while also carrying out any necessary maintenance and some custodial work. Working alongside the Maintenance Supervisor, this team works to care for the physical body of God's house to ensure that it is both presentable and functional for the sake of all ministers and guests.
